So what changed?

- Not the hours.

- Not the motivation.

- Clear BRDs, PRDs, architecture

- Multi‑agent orchestration (Gemini → GPT → Claude → GPT → Me)

- Better prompts

- Agent‑native IDEs

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 - I designed & tracked three AI‑era productivity metrics:

1. ROEf → KLOC per message

2. ROTm → KLOC per hour

3. ROTk → KLOC per token

The improvements from POC to Full APP were dramatic:
